I was a hot mess!

Over the past 4 years she has provided excellent wisdom, healthy boundaries and outstanding communication.  She has led by example in her communication with me, and many times would drop what she was doing to help me communicate with my daughter’s dad. With her loving help she has helped transform me into a confident narc survivor and mother. I’m always bragging to people that I have the best support system right here in my pocket and it means more than the world to me.
She is a woman of action, intelligence, humor, honesty and integrity.
She has been like the sister I never had but always wanted, willing to give it to me straight and not coddle me, which I appreciate.  She will have a special place in my heart.

In one of the darkest stages of my life, I would constantly seeking advice in the grips of my abuse. She and I became close rather quickly with her thoughtful advice and helpful guidance. She is a woman of integrity, abundance and is always thinking of how to help others. 

She is someone I admire tremendously and aim to be like one day. Her strength and courage in overcoming narcissist abuse is tremendous and she is now currently mentoring so many other people who are struggling with this painful and harrowing cycle despite being a full time mother and grandmother herself. 

Shalom is someone you want on your team. She is team player and loves to serve others with her experiences and comes from a place of unconditional love and concern for others. With Shalom’s help I have been able to calm down and think about what is triggering my emotions. Instead of reacting out of anger, I know can apply the tools and wisdom she has taught me over the years in my recovery. She’s an amazing mother, person & friend.
